Lessons

I teach out of my home studio via Zoom.

While I am willing and able to teach all styles at all levels and ages, I specialize in helping guitarists who already have experience playing the instrument and are looking to take their abilities to the "next level", whatever that means for you.

I've accumulated a vast amount of musical & educational material over 20+ years of playing and learning, and custom-tailor it to your needs and interests.

In addition, I draw upon my years of education, both formal and informal. At USC, I studied under Bruce Forman, Nick Stoubis, Alan Pasqua, Russell Ferrante, Adam del Monte, Pat Kelley, and Steve Trovato. I have also attended seminars led by Robert Fripp and Mike Marshall, and studied privately with Steve Morse, Wayne Krantz, Adam Levy, Mary Halvorson, and Julian Lage. I'm always happy to pass on what I've learned from these masters!

I'd love to hear about your musical background, if anything, along with a sense of what your goals are. What would you like to be able to do that you don't know how to yet? What styles interest you, which players do you like?  If you're interested, let's talk– send a message using the form below.
